Dear Students,
At the beginning of new semester students should pay their full fees to the financial department of University of South China. According the regulation of Financial Department，students must pay the fees before October 1st and the students having not paid the fees of last year must pay it before September 15th . Only the students, who have paid the fees can they have the right to be given residence permit and scholarship, etc.
